‘Abundance of Joy’ May 2022 Release Instagram hop and prizes to be won!

Hi everyone! Happy almost-weekend. We are here to wish an abundance of joy in your life with our latest release named as that. :-)

If you don’t follow me on Instagram, please do so here. I would love to welcome you in our little tribe. We do share lots more inspiration (and entertainment) over there, than we do here on the blog alone. It’s a fun place to be and yes, every month we have giveaways too :)

I created a very proper-proper-ish card for this hop after playing with some really fun ideas. (Yes, yes, I will finish those projects and share here or on Instagram for sure, just not today...)

So, here's the card for today showcasing our gorgeous Hollyhocks from the "Abundance of Joy" stamp set.

Hollyhocks symbolize the circle of life, ambition, fertility, and abundance. They have traditionally been planted near the front door of homes to welcome prosperity. {as per this source} I have always been fascinated by these flowers and I am happy I was able to create a stamp set with it :-)

Key Ingredients:

  1. Abundance of Joy stamp set (on VaradaSharma.com | on Etsy.com)

  2. Gnome Love - stamp set

  3. Spellbinders Loops Embossing Folder from the Be Bold Collection

  4. Copics

    1. Pinks - RV02 - RV04 - RV09

    2. Greens - G07 - YG67

    3. Yellow center - Y08 - Y15

Steps:

  1. Use Powerpoint to size and print the flowers.

  2. Cut using Brother scan and Cut or fussy cut.

  3. Color using Copics listed above.

  4. Stamp the sentiment from Gnome Love set using Altenew Rubellite ink and cut it as a banner.

  5. Use the second largest rectangle from Waffle Flower cut out a black rectangle panel and dry embossing it with Loops embossing folder from Spellbinders.

  6. Assemble, add bling and send it out.

Let's make someone happy :)
