Hi friends, I have been so many cards using Altenew – Build-a-flower Larkspur set. You can check these out here. I am so loving this set and just want to keep playing with it. Well, making all these cards with stamped, colored and die cut elements also means I ended up with so many leaves that were waiting for me to put them to good use. That’s exactly what I did with today’s card.
I simply stamped some more leaf outlines on my card are using Altenew Moss and Olive inks. I did do some second generation stamping to get variation in colors.
Next I die cut two circles – one from green and another from white card stock. I went over the outline using my gold decocolor pen. Finally I layered the circles using foam adhesive and my leaves around like a wreath. On the white circle, I added my sentiment. This sentiment is from Altenew Magestic Bloom stamp set (another gorgeous set!). As a tiny little embellishment I added a gold glitter heart.
I love how it turned out, just perfect for a fall Thank you card. Do let me know how you liked it :-)
