Card & Tag set using Fruit of life Stamp set – with Guest Designer Pooja (@cardsncolourin

Hello Friends! Pooja(@cardsncolouring) here with part 2 of the Guest Designer Post. Did you get a chance to use the digital stamps form the newest release? I encourage to check out if you already haven’t. The stamp set are wonderful mix of fruits and flowers and if you are a coloring fan like me then you are in for a treat. Today I have a card and tag set to share with you all.

I arranged pomegranate pair from fruit of life set multiple times, such that it covers the panel of A2 sized card front and then printed it onto watercolor paper. Initially I went for a loose coloring style but being fan of natural look switched to my usual no-line coloring.

Key Ingredients:

After the watercolored panel was dry I trimmed it to suit the CAS layout and Gold embossed on two edges.

I then paired it with greetings from Apple Blossoms stamp set which I had printed on vellum. Finished of the card by embellishing it with jute thread and a pearl.

I made a matching tag with the leftover piece of the watercolor panel. The sentiment is from Magnolia Wreath Stamp set.

Supplies:

  1. Card Base- Iris Cardstock(270 gsm)

  2. Brustro watercolor Paper(200 gsm)

  3. HP Laser Printer

  4. Catherine Pooler dye inks for coloring.

I am very Thankful to Varada for having me as Guest on the blog. I enjoyed using the stamp sets on my card and I hope I have inspired you to try out the Stamp sets from October release.

Thank you so much, Pooja for doing these projects! We love having you over on our blog and feed. Big hugs!!

Stay safe, stay crafty, friends! ~Varada
