Card using Simon Says Stamp August Card Kit

Hello friends, today I have a quick and simple card using Simon Says Stamp August card kit. This card kit comes up with the Seeing Stars stamp set. This has several constellations made with stars and dots. Stamp sets like these are great for gender neutral / masculine cards which is kinda what I did today.

I stamped the largest of the constellations all around the front of the card using chipped sapphire distress ink. I also stamped the smaller constellations using Tsukineko galaxy gold and a couple smallest ones everywhere.

For sentiment, I used the one that says, “Though we’re far apart, we’re sleeping under the same stars.” on the outside.

For embellishments, I used some tiny star stamps and dies from SSS – Lots of stars stamp and die set. To keep with the gold and blue color scheme, I used gold foiled paper while die cutting the stars. I also used one of the patterned papers in the kit to add one border on the side.

For the inside I used the same blue – gold inks to stamp “Thinking of You”.
