Hello Crafty Friends,
Today we welcome one of our new design team members – she is someone whom I have admired for a long time. She wasn’t able to join earlier due to some personal reasons, but this month onwards she is able to do so and I could not be more excited! Today she is here sharing a gorgeous project for our monthly challenge – Fun with Florals. I will let her take it away from here :-)

For my inspiration post, I have used the digital stamp set APPLE BLOSSOM from this month new release OCTOBER FEST
I love fall and I adore this new release. You can find plethora of ideas running in your head as soon as you have a look at this beautiful release.
Without further ado, let’s have a look at my card.
Key Ingredients:
2. White Cardstock
3. Oil Pastels and Q- tips for blending
Steps:
1. Using PowerPoint, I flipped the blossom image, and added apple image to it( from APPLE BLOSSOM stamp set ). Once I’m satisfied with my composition and size, I took print out on a white card stock.
2. I coloured the image using Oil Pastels and blend the colours using Q-tips.
Usually water colouring would be my go-to medium, but this time I tried my hands on Oil Pastels to colour my focal image.
3. To keep the apple blossom natural, I chose to play white and pink colour combo.
4. I fuzzy cut my focal image and adhere it on an ink-smooshed background panel with a bold computer generated sentiment ‘So Sweet’ to balance the big bold apple.
5. Mount the front panel to the card base. Voila!
I hope you are inspired to take part in the challenge. More inspirations coming along your way. So subscribe and Stay Tuned.
Thank you for stopping!
Happy Crafting!
Cheers!
Raga.
