Happy Birthday Card using our digital stamps – Guest-post by Joy Dsouza

Hello there my crafty friends! I hope you are having a lovely week. I am Joy Dsouza from HandCraftedByJoy.com, and I am super excited to be here today with my first project as a guest designer.

Today I would like to share a card I made featuring the Backyard Buddies, Lots of Stars and So Mice Of You Stamp Sets.

Key Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. First, I created the scene in photoshop and printed it on Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock.

  2. Next, I trimmed the cardstock to 4 1/4 * 5 1/2 inches using my trimmer.

  3. I also printed the images on a masking sheet, fussy cut them using my cutter bee scissors and stuck them on the card panel.

  4. Then I masked the ground using memo tape.

  5. After that, I placed the Woven Stencil by Altenew on the card panel and inked the background with Mustard Seed Distress Ink and a Blender Brush.

  6. I then unmasked the images and used my Copic Markers to colour them.

  7. Lastly, I stuck this card panel on an A2 card base using art glitter glue.
