Inky Friday with RightBrainArt

Hello it’s RightBrainArt here with a project for the April Sending Smiles release. Florals are my favorite to work with. I choose My Beautiful Camellia for my project.

Key Ingredients:

  1. My Beautiful Camellia stamp set

  2. Alcohol marker coloring

  3. Mixed media background

Steps:

  1. Print My Beautiful Camellia on Bristol smooth cardstock using a printer.

  2. Color the image with alcohol markers. I used Prismacolor markers in Pink, Deco Pink, Dark Olive Green and Leaf Green.

  3. Fussy cut the image.

  4. To create the background, take a piece of white cardstock 4”x5.25”. Use a stencil and GinaK Glitz Glitter gel in Black. Spread the glitter gel over the stencil. Set aside and let dry.

  5. Cut a piece of pink cardstock 4.25”x5.5”. Adhere the pink panel to a white cardbase 4.25’x5.5”.

  6. Adhere the textured panel with foam tape to the pink cardstock. Adhere the flowers and sentiment on to the textured background.

Other Supplies:

  1. Bristol smooth cardstock

  2. White cardstock
