[Instagram Giveaway] 3 Monochromatic cards with simple stamping

Hi friends, I have been so in love with blue lately. I have always loved it, but I am drawn to it in all its shades these days. Do you experience color crushes like this sometimes? I hope at least some of you say yes... :)

Today I have a set of 3 cards - all monochromatic blues, all using 2 main stamp sets from the latest collection (+ one older one for sentiments), all involving no fancy technique whatsoever.

I used two of my newest stamp sets - Boho Shapes and Boho Plants released by RubberStamps.com. For sentiments, I pulled my older set Garden Delight.

First I created several different test designs on regular printer paper for practice. The ones I liked, I replicated on card fronts using Concord & 9th inks - Midnight, Oceanside, and Archival Jet Black ink. I did use MISTI to do my stamping, only because I use it for everything nowadays, but the same result can easily be achieved with any other stamp positioning tool or simple acrylic blocks for stamping.

For added interest, I added pieces of washi tape - horizontal slices I tore from a thicker tape (yes, I do weird things sometimes!) to highlight these designs. As a final touch, I added some blue gems.
