Make the stems.
{Use a needle to pierce 2 tiny holes into the paint chip before you put your wire through.}
Empty glass bottles

Mod Podge
Make vases.
{Put some mod podge on to clean bottle surface and cover with yarn. Let dry.}
Assemble and mount on shelves.
 {Add a handful of rice or some other grains into these vases so the wire can stay steady.}
