I hope you liked my idea – a card using this month’s Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace kit for August 2019. I have one more project using the same dies today.
Welcome friends, make yourself comfortable. We are making a paper vase / candle votive (but I used it with flowers, so I am calling it a vase).
Although this looks complex, it is really far from it. Just three steps
Die cut – parts of the box from vellum and APG kit’s die cut from gold mirrored cardstock that is lined with double sided adhesive sheet.
Assemble the box using some strong double sided tape. I used the one from the card kit. Scor tape or red tape will work great too.
Trim the gold die cut on the long side (so that you have two long sides), remove release paper to expose adhesive, wrap around the box and adhered firmly.
That’s it. Add some flowers for day time decorations, or some battery-operated candles for night time.
Do give it a try. I am sure this won’t be my last time using these dies. :-)
