Hi friends, taking a small break from our #digistamptechniques today, to share a card I made using Spellbinders Glimmer Bakcground. I love how these are versatile to be used in modern or even playful cards.
I decided to start my Thanksgiving Season cards with this one today and I combined so many Spellbinders goodies for it.
I started with a gray card stock panel just a tad bit shorter than an A2 sized card. On this I glimmered my Modern Lines background plate using Espresso Bean hot foil. I also used the same hot foil to glimmer my sentiment. Once the sentiment was glimmered, I cut it out using Nestabilities Essential Circle dies.
Then came stamping – I used Friendship Blessing stamp set to stamp and then die cut a couple flowers, few leaves and berries.
Once all my pieces were ready, I adhered everything on the gray panel and sprinkled some gems for the finishing touches. And finally mounted the panel onto a side folding A2 cardbase using a piece of craft foam for dimension.
That’s all. Love how this turned out and I am pretty sure this isn’t the last time I am using these glimmer background plates. I love these designs.
