Hi friends, I am back with a card idea using dies from Spellbinders Good Vibes collection. In the next few days I will be sharing several cards using dies from this collection. Do keep watching this space :-)
This card looks like it was a lot of work, but it really wasn’t too many things at all. For the background, I used Tammy Tutterow Blistered embossing folder from Spellbinders and dry embossed it on a white cardstock piece. I trimmed it to be slightly shorter than an A2 sized card.
Next I used some patterned paper from my stash and die cut a beautiful leaf from Spellbinders So Very Generous dies from the Good Vibes collection. I also die cut the word ‘thanks’ from the same patterned paper. This ‘thanks’ die is from Hero Arts Thanks stamp and die set. I used one of the coordinating sentiments ‘you are amazing’ using Archival Black ink on a tiny piece of matching (but different) patterned paper.
I adhered the dry embossed white rectangle on a black top folding card base and on top of this adhered the die cut leaf and the ‘thanks’ word sentiment. I used Multi Medium Matte glue for all these. Finally I foam mounted the stamped sentiment strip and added some sparkly matching sequins again using multi medium matte glue. Done :-)
