Two more scrapbook pages

So, over this 3-day-weekend I not only made earrings and cooked, I also stole some time to put together two more scrapbook pages:

Scrapbook1

Page 1: This is where the story of our two little princesses begins. Mom and Dad were just a couple young people who lived miles apart, met online (Yes!), found that they really would like to spend the rest of their lives together.

Did you catch the tiny miny butterfly?

Kinda still making simple, easy layouts. But definitely loving it! :)

Things I learnt so far:

– Size of photos is the most important things for making great layout. I wish I had printed some of them wallet size instead of all same size.

– You don’t really need fancy stickers etc for every page. But of course, stickers do jazz up stuff. Most of the embellishments on this page, you could do yourself if you had good papers, sharp scissors, a decent hand at drawing and colors / glitters.

– Most things done on this page (except stickers) are actually from scraps of packaging, colored papers etc.

– I want to learn to write the journaling notes in various fonts.

Could you think of something I should try in my next few layouts? Do let me know. I am new to this craft of scrapbooking and would love to hear about new ideas.

Thanks for dropping by,
