I love Thai food. Use of ingredients like the coconut milk make it one of the closest international cuisines to Mom’s food at home. However, a couple times when I tried to get my kids to try Thai, my kids did not take to it. I was a little disheartened and did not make any attempts to make it at home. I made do with an occasional Thai lunch at a restaurant nearby my office.
A few weeks ago, I decided to experiment again and guess what this time even my younger one liked the rice and red-curry combination! Encouraged by this, I made red curry today and everyone liked it so much that we’ve no leftovers :)
