Hi friends, today’s card is a wedding card in some fun Indian-ish colors – gold and magenta. Very bridal for Indian weddings. I made it for a friend’s niece and hope they liked it :-)
I used shiny pink / magenta colored cardstock which is from Hero Arts – it came in one of their last year’s kits. In the same kit they had matching envelope also, so for this card I used both these together.
Using dies from Spellbinders January 2018 kit clubs’ I die cut two hearts – one small and another big – from the pink / magenta cardstock. I also cut the larger heart from gold mirrored cardstock.
Then I arranged everything on a card front inside of my MISTI and stamped my sentiment – Let the bliss begin – using black archival ink. This sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp Floral Bliss stamp set. Love the clean font on this one.
Next I attached the gold mirrored heart directly to the cardbase using liquid adhesive and also added the magenta border to it. I foam mounted the smaller magenta heart and to hide my adhesive through the intricate design on this one, I added a My Mind’s Eye sticker from their Fancy That collection. This one says, ‘His & Hers’.
Lastly I added one pink and two gold confetti hearts and called this project done.
