Hi friends, today I have 5 cards to share with you – all easy, nothing elaborate, but just some ideas to use the patterned papers and ephemera pieces. I am showcasing goodies from Spellbinders Card Kit of the Month – Jan 2020 but the same ideas can be applied to papers / die cuts from your stash too.
It’s a good idea to use goodies from card kits for this because the colors, sizes and patterns are already coordinated for you. No need of any guesswork from your side, you can directly get to work. Also, the main sketch / idea for these cards is pretty straightforward
I cut out panels from patterned papers to cover most or all of the card front. So the panels are either 4″ x 5.25″ or 4.25″ x 5.5″.
On these I put stickers or die cuts in a kinda collage / cluster
Only a few of these I embellished with some sequins (from previous card kit)
