Background check – use background stamp

Hello lovelies! Today’s idea for rocking card backgrounds is to use background stamps! Just like with background dies, there are so many options out there for this. I will list some of my favorites below.

By the way, if you are new here, welcome!! :-) This month we are exploring ways to create great backgrounds for our card focal point. You can check out the earlier posts in this series by clicking here.

Here’s my card for today:

For this background, I used gray cardstock which I first die cut using the largest stitched rectangle die from SSS. Then I used the You Matter background stamp from SSS and Hero Arts white pigment ink to stamp the background on top. For this panel as well as the card base, I rounded top right corners.

Then I picked my patterned papers and layered them with some flat adhesive and some foam tape. I also added a couple enamel dots and adhered the panel onto my card base.

Supplies List

I am sharing links to the supplies I’ve used for these cards – click on the picture or link to go directly to the product. Wherever available, I have used affiliate links, which means when you make a purchase, I receive a small commission (at no extra cost to you) which I use to run this blog. I truly appreciate your support!
