Hi friends, today we are continuing the spirit of crafting with three more cards. Focal point for all these was made with the same stamp set – Wplus9 Kind Soul. I only used a couple other stamps for sentiments.
I started by die cutting three Bristol watercolor paper panels using SSS stitched rectangle dies. Next, I took a piece of packaging material and added several different inks on top, sprayed it with water using mini mister and then squished it on top of each watercolor panel. The water itself moved the inks / paints around and gave some cool effects. In some places, I added one more layer on top after drying out the layer below it.
Once all the watercolor panels had colors that I liked, I heat embossed the anemones + peonies bouquet from Wplus9 Kind Soul stamp set. I also heat embossed the sentiments on the panels using same embossing powder. These sentiments came from Wplu9 Kind Soul, Wplus9 Modern Anemones, Wplus9 Modern Peonies stamp sets.
Lastly I added coordinating sequins and mounted the panels on matching card bases.
