Hi everyone, hope your weekend is going good. I often plan, size and print more images that I can use for just one card. For instance, the images I used for the card I made for the Women's day blog hop + our Instagram hop + today's card were all printed at one go. I just could not stop my obsession for shaped cards with digital stamps.
I also have been thinking a lot about Yana and her family this week, with everything that's going on in Ukraine. I have often heard her say that yellow-purple color combination is her Mom's favorite. So this card is in honor of them.
As with the other cards I printed the image and colored with Copics {my new love :-)} I actually found the sentiment already printed and stashed from a while ago. I only had to die cut it using one of the older label dies from Spellbinders Aug-18 Small Die of the month kit (Sorry I could not find it on their site any longer. This one must have been retired). I also cut out a gold mirrored label in the same shape and layered the two together.
Rest was easy-peasy. Assemble as a shaped card and add bling. Done.
