Spellbinders December 2018 Card Kit | Be Festive

Hi friends – it’s day 15 and I am here to share my last card for Christmas 2018. I used Spellbinders December 2018 card kit for it today. I combined the stamp set with two circle dies from Small Die of the month club and a hemstitch rectangle die.

The hemstitch rectangle with the patterned paper was something I had created earlier but ended up not using it. When I wanted something to layer underneath the gold scalloped circle, I thought that added the perfect touch I needed so used it here. Waste not, want not, right? :-)

For my main image I used the stamp set from card kit along with Simon Says Black and Green Apple inks and then cut it out using a circle die from December Small Die of the Kit club from Spellbinders. On the sides of this circle, I added a thin line directly using my Raspberry ink pad so that the design would have some red in it to match my tiny pieces of Martha Stewart chunky glitter. Using the other (scalloped) circle die from the same small die of the month kit, I dit cut a circle from gold mirrored cardstock. Lastly I layered everything as you see and added some individual pieces of chunky glitter, and yes, one tiny star at the top of the tree.

A huge thank you to all of you for staying with me till the end of these 15-days series of Christmas cards for this year. Hope you liked these no-fuss card ideas using products from different companies and will create something similar. Don’t forget to tag me if you do.
