Hello friends! Thank you for dropping by. I have another card using this month’s Spellbinders kit. For this one, I combined the kit supplies with some other dies from Spellbinders.
For this one, I used two sentiments from the kit – one acetate one and another paper one. I did die cut a couple shapes – one flourish and another circle from gold mirrored cardstock.
Before layering and arranging the shapes on a stitched rectangle, I stamped the background using couple images from Simon Says Stamp – Look for the Miracles. I used Galaxy Gold ink from Tsukineko and purple ink from Altenew. I let the gold ink overlap slightly with the purple one for stamping the dots.
I layered the sentiment circle and the gold circle with foam tape. I overlapped the corners of the purple acetate sentiment slightly and added glue under it. I also added a brad from the kit on top corner.
Once the top panel was ready, I heat embossed a top folding black A2 card with gold embossing powder using the Lattice background stamp from Simon Says Stamp. {Now when I think of it, I should have added this post to the other series where I combined supplies from SSS with Spellbinders kit. Sorry, my bad…)
Loved the pop of black with all the purple, white and gold.
